BSantClub Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the BSantClub platform, including the website at bsantclub.org, the BSantClub mobile app, and any related services provided by BSantClub. These Terms form the entire agreement between BSantClub and each registered player.

BSantClub provides an online sports betting and casino gaming platform. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. BSantClub does not guarantee any financial return from use of the platform, and the outcomes of all betting and casino activities are subject to chance.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Pakistan. By using the platform, you represent that you are accessing BSantClub from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to understand the laws that apply to your own situation before using the platform.

BSantClub reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account at any time where it reasonably believes that a player is in breach of these Terms, or where continued service to that player is not appropriate for any reason BSantClub determines to be valid.

2. Account Registration

To use the BSantClub platform you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

• Each person may register and maintain only one BSantClub account. Creating additional accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify BSantClub support immediately.
• BSantClub may ask you to verify your identity at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Verification may require a copy of a government-issued ID or other documentation.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed and any balances held pending investigation.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.

3. Deposits

BSantClub accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is shown within your account dashboard.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. BSantClub does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit within your account.
• Most deposit methods process instantly. In cases where processing takes longer, BSantClub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• BSantClub does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside BSantClub's control.
• BSantClub reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit that it has reason to believe is connected to fraudulent activity or a payment made from a source that is not yours.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your BSantClub account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to the payment method associated with your account deposits, where possible.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. BSantClub may request documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account at the point of request.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed in full before the funds contributed to by that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• BSantClub does not charge withdrawal fees as standard. Specific payment methods may have their own processing costs which are shown clearly at the point of withdrawal.
• BSantClub reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where the account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

BSantClub offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for sports betting and casino, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated on each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple active bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus eligibility: BSantClub reserves the right to determine whether a player is eligible for any particular bonus offer. Players who have been found to abuse promotions in the past may be excluded from future offers.
• Minimum odds / game restrictions: Some bonuses require bets to be placed at minimum odds or restrict play to specific games or sections. These restrictions are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus play that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Free spins: Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on BSantClub, including pre-match and live in-play betting on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and all other sports covered on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in for that bet.
• BSantClub reserves the right to limit the size of any bet, refuse a bet, or void a bet where it determines that an error occurred in the odds displayed, or where a bet appears to be placed with knowledge of irregular match circumstances.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. BSantClub is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or modifying a live bet.
• Cash out is available on eligible markets and is subject to real-time odds at the time the cash out request is submitted. BSantClub cannot guarantee cash out availability on all markets at all times.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in BSantClub's betting rules documentation.
• BSantClub will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of market movements, odds changes, or events occurring after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR balance promptly after results are confirmed.

7. Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino gaming on BSantClub, including slots, live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), crash games, and all other casino products.

• All casino games on BSantClub use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer dealing mechanisms. The outcomes of casino games are determined by chance and are not influenced by BSantClub.
• Each casino game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP does not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including a disconnection, screen freeze, or software error — the affected round may be declared void. BSantClub will credit the stake back to the player's account where a round is voided.
• Live casino games are provided in partnership with third-party game studios. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Players may not use any external software, tools, or scripts to analyse or influence the outcomes of casino games. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BSantClub. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting price differences between BSantClub and other platforms in a manner that amounts to risk-free profit rather than genuine engagement.
• Fraud: Providing false information at registration or verification, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any activity designed to defraud BSantClub or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purposes of processing, layering, or disguising funds of illegal origin.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or software glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Underage use: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18.

9. Privacy and Data

BSantClub collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, and used are set out in the Privacy Policy.

• By registering for a BSantClub account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• BSantClub will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You may request access to the personal data BSantClub holds about you by contacting the support team.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before any increase takes effect.
• Session reminders: You may activate a session time reminder that will alert you after a set period of active play.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that you need a break from the platform, you may activate self-exclusion directly from your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents login for the chosen period.
